About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist owns the full growth loop, from traffic acquisition through conversion, attribution, and ROI. You will manage paid media, AI agents, and CRM to ensure every dirham spent drives measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels; build and optimise funnels for local and international markets.
Control budgets, CPL, CPA and ROAS while implementing Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions and offline CRM‑based conversions.
Analyse lead quality, agent and AI performance, identify conversion leaks and improve landing pages, forms, creatives and scripts.
Produce weekly and monthly dashboards on spend, CPL, quality, ROI and revenue, delivering actionable insights.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, attribution and tracking.
Strong data‑analysis mindset and a focus on funnel optimisation.
