Performance Operations Manager - Fitness & Recovery

About the role

SIRO One Za'abeel, a Kerzner International brand, is looking for a Performance Operations Manager to lead its Fitness and Recovery department. The role supports the Director of Fitness by driving the operational and financial performance of the department, ensuring high standards of service and exceeding guest and member expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fitness and Recovery operations, including the Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab, and set quality, operational and maintenance standards.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports and support the annual budget, business plan and commercial strategy.
• Control departmental budgets, payroll, commissions, stock and consumables, and monitor revenue, utilisation, conversion and productivity.
• Manage schedules, leave and attendance, and oversee inventory of products, linen, retail and consumables.
• Inspect daily, enforce SOPs and treatment protocols, and ensure staff are punctual, well-groomed and trained.
• Handle guest complaints, meet VIPs, and ensure colleagues promote services and know contraindications, waivers and safety procedures.
• Create and run classes and recovery programmes, monitor attendance and engagement, and build seamless guest journeys with Membership, Guest Experience, Front Office, Marketing, F&B and Rooms.
• Support marketing, events and VIP activations, use feedback and NPS/GSI to drive improvements, and manage team performance and morale.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to lead a team, manage budgets and deliver on commercial targets.
