A leading VIP client in Dubai is seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and lifestyle support. The role combines diary management, travel coordination, and confidential administration for both personal and business matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal and business schedules, including diary management and appointment setting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and lifestyle requirements.
- Support business-related activities and administrative tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper for the client.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- Dubai‑based candidate with extensive Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience.
- Proven experience supporting VIP/UHNW clients in personal and business capacities.
- Native or fluent English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
