About the role
A Dubai‑based real estate agent is seeking a sharp, organised Personal Assistant to support daily operations and help grow the business. You will work closely with the agent, handling client interactions and administrative tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar, appointments and inbox, ensuring smooth daily scheduling.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Handle client day‑to‑day needs, including follow‑ups, introductions and coordination.
- Conduct outreach to new and existing clients via phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate daily short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Set up and run webinars, plan event dates and logistics.
- Assist in managing local and international roadshows.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English for regular client communication.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Confident and professional demeanor with clients.
- Based in Dubai.

What we offer
- AED 7,000 per month salary.
- UAE employment visa.
