Personal Assistant to Ultra‑High Net Worth Family (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional and discreet Personal Assistant to support an ultra‑high net worth family based in Abu Dhabi. The role combines personal and business responsibilities, requiring confidentiality, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, appointments and daily schedules for the principal and family members.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Organise family events, meetings, VIP engagements and handle protocol with government officials and embassies.
• Recruit, supervise and manage household staff and external service providers.
• Oversee budgets, expense tracking, vendor negotiations and property maintenance across multiple estates.
• Handle personal shopping, luxury purchases and gift sourcing.
• Prepare board meeting materials, reports, presentations and correspondence.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, clients and business associates while driving process improvements.
• Be available for short‑notice travel and handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a UHNW individual or private family.
• Age 35 + preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional appearance and ability to work extended hours.
