Personal Branding & Marketing Manager

About the role

360Medicare is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team in Dubai. This is a high-visibility role focused on building the personal brands of the leadership team and doctors across LinkedIn, Instagram, PR, podcasts, video and other digital platforms. The position is full-time and on-site, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow the personal brands of the leadership team and doctors
• Manage multiple personal brands and content calendars
• Develop engaging healthcare campaigns that build patient trust and promote healthcare services while keeping professional and ethical standards
• Write copy in someone else's voice and pitch to media

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in personal branding, executive/LinkedIn branding, PR or content marketing
• A strong portfolio of personal brands with measurable results
• Excellent English writing skills
• Experience in PR, media pitching and content strategy
• Healthcare marketing experience, preferably with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals or medical service providers, is required

Required skills

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies
• Ability to manage several personal brands and content calendars
• Understanding of healthcare content and medical communications

Advantages: on-camera anchoring, presenting, interviewing or video/podcast hosting; GCC market experience; Canva, video editing, Hindi/Malayalam or Zoho CRM.
