Personal Fitness Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Personal Fitness Trainer to join our premier health‑fitness brand within a global hospitality group. Based in a luxury club, you will create safe, energising and memorable fitness experiences for elite guests, blending technical expertise with a hospitality‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular and weight‑bearing equipment.
• Lead dynamic group fitness classes and personalised training sessions.
• Deliver flawless service at every guest interaction, reflecting the brand’s quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, prevent issues and execute effective service recovery.
• Collaborate proactively with fellow ambassadors and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and operational standards.

Required profile

• Industry‑recognised Personal Training certification (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience, preferably in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong hospitality orientation and ability to work in a high‑end, guest‑focused setting.
