About the role
We are hiring energetic and motivated Sales Executives who are looking to build their careers and grow with us. The role focuses on promoting personal loan products to individuals and small businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s banking products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Required profile
- Previous sales experience in personal finance in the UAE is an advantage or at least 6 months experience in home country
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
