About the role

Reem Hospital is looking for a dedicated, patient‑focused pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Department. The role involves ensuring safe, accurate dispensing of medications while providing high‑quality pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in line with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, correct dosage, and potential drug interactions.
• Provide professional counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, storage, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
• Participate in medication‑management initiatives and patient‑education programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Valid DOH license as a pharmacist or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum two years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication‑management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
