Pharmacist (MOH License Required) – Sharjah

About the role

We are seeking a committed and detail‑oriented Pharmacist to join our on‑site team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality pharmacy services, provide expert healthcare advice, and manage medication therapy for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications while ensuring patient safety.
• Offer professional healthcare advice and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, guaranteeing availability and safety of all pharmaceutical supplies.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and enforce compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Participate in community health and promotional events organized by the pharmacy.
• Handle prescription inquiries and insurance claims with confidentiality and professionalism.

Required profile

• Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) License in the UAE.
• 3–8 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably retail.
• Proven ability to run a compliant and successful pharmacy operation.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
