Pharmacy Sales Executive – Cosmetics & Skincare

About the role

The Pharmacy Sales Executive will promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetic and other beauty products within a retail pharmacy setting. You will advise customers, meet sales targets and build lasting relationships with shoppers, pharmacists and brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, dermocosmetic and personal care items, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, pricing, promotions and special offers to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives and product‑specific KPIs.
• Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards and shelf availability.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and replenish slow‑moving items.
• Support product launches, sampling activities, demonstrations and in‑store events.
• Record customer enquiries, sales activities, product feedback and competitor pricing.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, suppliers, brand representatives and store management to drive sales growth.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, Sales, Cosmetics, Beauty Therapy or related field (preferred).
• Experience in pharmacy sales, cosmetics or skincare retail, preferably in the UAE or GCC market.
• Good knowledge of skincare products, cosmetic ingredients and common skin concerns.
• Strong customer service, communication, consultation and sales abilities.
• Target‑driven, commercially aware and motivated to exceed sales objectives.
• Professional appearance with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with pharmacists, pharmacy staff and brand partners.
