Phlebotomist – HealthHub Clinic, Dubai Festival City

About the role

As a Phlebotomist you will perform safe, accurate, and efficient blood collection procedures while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, laboratory teams, and patients to support diagnostic testing and preventive health services. The role suits technically skilled, patient‑focused professionals comfortable in a busy outpatient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and blood collection for adult and paediatric patients.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens accurately and ensure proper handling and transportation.
• Identify patients correctly, maintain confidentiality, and support health‑screening programs.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures, explaining processes and reassuring anxious individuals.
• Follow DHA regulations, infection‑prevention protocols, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Phlebotomist or DHA eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong venepuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Excellent patient communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Tagalog language skills highly regarded.
