Photographer/Videographer for Real Estate Visual Content

About the role

CBA Real Estate is looking for a creative Photographer/Videographer to produce high‑quality visual content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns. You will manage the full production cycle from concept to final delivery, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties using professional equipment.
• Shoot high‑quality property videos, walkthroughs, cinematic tours, reels and short‑form social media content.
• Film real estate agents for presentations, personal branding and promotional material.
• Plan creative concepts, shot lists, angles and compositions.
• Edit video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, listings and advertisements.
• Retouch photographs to ensure a consistent professional presentation.
• Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, voiceovers and colour correction.
• Produce both horizontal and vertical content optimized for different platforms.
• Organise footage, photographs and project files, delivering content within deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real‑estate photography and videography.
• Proven experience in video editing and post‑production.
• Ability to work independently from concept to final product.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real‑estate market is an advantage.
