Physical Education Teacher (AY 27/28)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Physical Education Teacher to join its network of schools for the 2027/2028 academic year. The role involves creating a nurturing, play‑based learning environment that inspires and challenges students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the full ability range and inspire student success.
• Plan, prepare and present sessions, organise classroom resources, and assess student progress using the school’s assessment tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and support staff to promote positive relationships and student wellbeing.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy and act as a positive role model.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years teaching experience, preferably with learners for whom English is not the first language.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teacher qualification.
• Clean DBS/police check and a commitment to child safeguarding.
