Physics Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking a high‑performing Physics Teacher to join its Madinat Zayed campus on an immediate basis. The successful candidate will deliver the Massachusetts State Curriculum to secondary students, using modern technology and a 21st‑century learning approach.

Key responsibilities

• Create a learning climate that encourages outstanding practice and high student engagement.
• Define clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging, interest‑driving tasks.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of SEN and highly able students.
• Maintain disciplined classroom management in line with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies, effective questioning, and appropriate vocabulary to convey key physics concepts.
• Integrate ICT, library resources and other learning technologies into lessons.
• Assess student progress regularly, record data, and use performance indicators to inform planning.
• Mark student work at least bi‑weekly, set progress targets, and provide constructive feedback.
