About the role
NMDC Group is hiring an experienced Construction Manager (Piling) to oversee and manage all piling and foundation works for projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading teams, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on schedule.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- At least 15 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role overseeing piling and foundation works.
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure, marine, bridge, tunnel, transportation, industrial or energy projects.
- Preferably experienced working in GCC countries.
Required skills
- Extensive expertise in piling, shoring, diaphragm walls, secant and contiguous pile walls, deep excavation systems, ground anchors, soil nailing, and ground improvement techniques.
- Proficiency with project planning and management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and the MS Office suite.
