Piping Construction Manager

About the role

The Piping Construction Manager will lead all piping construction activities from fabrication through mechanical completion on large oil & gas projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction execution plans, work packs, and installation methodologies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation) and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, implement recovery plans, and prepare regular construction reports.
• Lead HSSE initiatives, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes (ASME B31.3, Section IX, ASTM, ISO, ANSI) and client standards (ADNOC).

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in oil & gas piping construction.
• 10+ years as a Piping Construction Manager on gas processing, LNG, refinery or petrochemical projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
