Placement Manager

About the role

ESAAL Management Consultancy, a UAE-based firm supporting talent and human development, strategy and operations, deal brokerage and partnerships, and market entry and project development, is hiring a Placement Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, overseeing end-to-end placement activities for talent programs and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines and match profiles to employer requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding with partner organizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, educational partners and government entities to generate placement opportunities.
• Track placement outcomes, prepare progress reports and give feedback to improve program design and talent readiness.
• Coach candidates, map the labour market, coordinate with internal program teams and keep processes efficient, transparent and aligned with quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience in talent placement, recruitment or career services, including managing candidate pipelines and employer relationships.
• Stakeholder management and partnership-building skills, ideally with SMEs, government entities and corporate clients.
• Ability to analyse labour market trends and align candidate profiles with organizational needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach candidates and represent ESAAL professionally.
• Solid organization and time-management skills, able to handle multiple placements and deadlines.
• Previous experience in consulting, human resources or talent development is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field; a higher qualification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the UAE employment landscape and regional market.
