Planning Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Engineer to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for substation projects. The role ensures timely completion of activities within approved budgets and timelines, using Primavera P6 as the primary scheduling tool.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare baseline project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using Primavera P6.
• Define activity sequencing, logic links, and assign durations, resources, and cost loading.
• Identify critical path, milestone dates, and update schedules weekly or monthly.
• Track site progress, conduct delay analysis, and prepare recovery schedules.
• Monitor critical activities, resource allocation, float consumption, and schedule risks.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S‑curves, look‑ahead schedules, and KPI dashboards for management.
• Maintain schedule revisions and change records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Proven experience working on substation projects.
