About the role
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead scheduling activities on our building projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, analysing progress, and ensuring the construction programme stays on track.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules and analyse delay impacts.
- Compare monthly progress reports with the updated programme.
- Coordinate subcontractors’ programmes with the overall project construction schedule.
- Maintain production rates for equipment and labour across all trades.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Minimum 10 years experience in the UAE construction sector with major contractors.
- Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera P6.
