About the role

The Planning Manager will lead the project planning function for large‑scale construction projects in the UAE/GCC region. This senior role involves preparing baseline programmes, monitoring performance, and managing claims and risks.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain resource‑loaded baseline programmes using Primavera P6.
Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports and delay analyses.
Manage EOT claim preparation and overall risk/claim management.
Review and approve subcontractor schedules.
Lead, mentor and develop the Project Planning Team.

Required profile

12‑15 years of experience in construction/project controls, with 5‑8 years in a managerial planning role.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent and PMP certification.

MS Office
Earned Value Management (EVM)
Extension of Time (EOT) claim management
Familiarity with FIDIC and UAE construction contracts
