Play Attendant – Kids Club (Dubai)

About the role

Join the Kids Club team at Jumeirah’s new hotel in Dubai as a Play Attendant, delivering safe, fun and memorable experiences for children and families throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the activity programme, organise team‑building events, birthday parties and special activities.
• Supervise the climbing wall and water‑sport areas in line with Jumeirah health and safety standards.
• Maintain a cheerful, enthusiastic and courteous attitude at all times.
• Be familiar with all land and water‑sport activities and promote participation.
• Organise and lead activities for guests on the beach, pool and other recreational zones.
• Entertain guests throughout the day and assist colleagues when needed.
• Promote the daily activity schedule and encourage maximum participation.
• Upsell and promote additional water‑sport and recreational offerings.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and prepare for the next day’s programme.
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas and adhere to fire‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in recreation, childcare or a similar hospitality role.
• High school graduate with good English communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and a childcare‑friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand long hours, work under pressure and independently.
• Flexibility to work indoor and outdoor in extreme weather conditions.
• Customer‑focused, approachable and outgoing personality.
• Ability to relate to guests of all ages, including those with special needs.
