PMC Construction Site Manager (Offshore)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Construction Manager (Offshore) to lead the planning and execution of island underground civil works, on‑shore fabrication, offshore transportation, installation and mechanical completion for a high‑profile client. The role reports to project leadership and is accountable for delivering the project in line with ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑island construction teams and on‑shore precast activities, ensuring execution certainty.
• Manage contractor planning, execution, safety compliance and interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO to minimise production disruption.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and cost estimates, controlling the budget throughout the project.
• Oversee contracts with consultants, contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Report progress, risks and issues to stakeholders and facilitate clear communication across all parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent senior‑level site experience.
• Minimum 20 years of construction management experience on large oil and gas development projects.
• Professional Engineer accreditation preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and multicultural teamwork abilities.
