PMC Contracts Manager (SPB)

About the role

The PMC Contracts Manager will lead post‑award contract administration for two major EPC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and protecting the client’s commercial interests. This senior position requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams and a deep understanding of EPC/EPCM agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract administration activities, managing obligations, variations, claims and correspondence.
• Oversee claims, dispute avoidance, negotiations and contract close‑out, including final accounts and settlement of claims.
• Provide commercial direction to contract teams, mentor staff and drive continuous improvement of contract processes.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and support senior management with strategic advice.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of contract management experience on major oil & gas, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in both pre‑award tender management and post‑award administration of high‑value EPC/EPCM contracts.
• Experience in dispute avoidance, claims negotiation and successful contract close‑out.
