PMC Interface Manager (SPB)

About the role

This role offers an experienced PMC Interface Manager (SPB) the opportunity to oversee and coordinate construction projects for a high‑profile client, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan, establishing procedures, workflows and communication protocols.
• Create, maintain and update the Interface Register, tracking issues, action items, dependencies and closure status.
• Coordinate communication between client, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors and regulatory authorities.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring accurate and timely design information exchange and resolving design conflicts across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and process disciplines.
• Manage interfaces between multiple contractors in shared areas, resolving site access, work‑front availability and sequencing conflicts to avoid construction interference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related); Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 20 + years of experience in oil & gas projects, with at least 5–7 years in Interface Management on large EPC/EPCM or PMC projects.
• Proven experience on ADNOC or similar Middle East mega‑projects.
• Strong track record of managing interfaces across multiple contractors and disciplines.
