PMC Material Management Specialist

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Material Management Specialist to join its offshore construction team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports ADNOC offshore projects, overseeing material planning, execution and control for pipeline construction while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material procurement, logistics and inventory for offshore pipeline construction.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and client teams to align material delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report on material usage, cost and performance against project baselines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards throughout the supply chain.
• Support rotation schedule (6/3) and offshore site operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in material management within offshore pipeline or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics and inventory control processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, offshore environment with rotating shift patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
