PMC Site Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a PMC Site Coordinator to support Wood’s ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and is responsible for coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities in line with approved schedules and work plans.
• Act as the main point of contact between site teams, subcontractors and project management.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC on‑shore standards, procedures and HSE regulations.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and documentation.
• Support QA/QC activities and promote safe work practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas or ADNOC on‑shore projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW system and site execution processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and multicultural workforces.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
