PMC Site Coordinator – Permit Issuer

About the role

We are recruiting a PMC Site Coordinator (Permit Issuer) to support ADNOC on‑shore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and focuses on coordinating daily activities, ensuring safe and compliant execution of work according to ADNOC standards and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities against approved schedules and work plans.
• Act as the main liaison between site teams, subcontractors and project management.
• Ensure all permits, toolbox talks and method statements are approved before work starts.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site records and documentation.
• Support QA/QC activities and verify that works meet project specifications.
• Identify site risks and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Minimum 10 years experience on oil & gas or ADNOC on‑shore projects.
• Proven experience coordinating contractors and multicultural workforces.
• Valid UAE driving licence and previous ADNOC on‑shore approval.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW system and site execution processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• H2S, First Aid and ADNOC HSE training (advantage).
