PMO Analyst

About the role

The PMO Analyst is a central support role within the Project Management Office, ensuring projects and programs are delivered in a structured, consistent and data-driven way. The analyst collects and analyzes project data, maintains reporting dashboards and enforces governance standards, tracking progress, identifying risks and providing insights for decision-making. The role aligns with the FTA framework and PMBOK or Agile approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dashboards and reports on project status, risks and KPIs, analyze project performance data and share insights with stakeholders
• Ensure projects follow PMO standards, methodologies and templates, monitor adherence to PMBOK and Agile approaches, and support audit and compliance activities
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of project documentation and prepare phase-gate findings, reports and trends
• Assist with business cases, prioritization and portfolio reporting, and track resource allocation and capacity against delivery managers
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, standardize project management templates and support PMO maturity initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
• PMP certificate is a plus; ITIL and/or PMP preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience (8+ years preferred)
