Pool and Beach Attendant

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Pool & Beach Attendant to ensure cleanliness, safety and organization of the pool and beach areas while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with seating, and provide towels, umbrellas and other amenities.
• Monitor pool and beach areas for safety, report hazards or emergencies immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, beach areas and furniture; arrange loungers, umbrellas and cabanas.
• Distribute and collect towels, keeping accurate inventory records.
• Report water quality concerns and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Coordinate with lifeguards, housekeeping and F&B teams and follow lost‑and‑found procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality, recreation or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift and carry items outdoors for extended periods.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player able to collaborate with multiple hotel departments.
• Attention to detail for cleanliness and high hospitality standards.
