PR Coordinator – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The PR Coordinator will support BVLGARI Resort Dubai in promoting the brand’s image both internally and externally. This position requires an Arabic‑speaking professional who can create and manage communication materials, handle media inquiries, and assist with on‑site media visits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assemble marketing collateral such as brochures, promotional materials and maps for events, property tours and conferences.
• Prepare, edit and distribute letters, invitations, press reports, news releases and other written communications using word processing and presentation tools.
• Update the property website and maintain the press database, digital library and press clippings.
• Respond to daily media inquiries, refer them to appropriate spokespeople and coordinate on‑property media visits, including reservations and special requests.
• Monitor media coverage and external factors to identify potential issues or opportunities.
• Support media‑relations outreach and other activities that enhance the resort’s reputation.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant public‑relations or communications experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using a Content Management System for website updates.
• Strong written communication and media‑relations abilities.
