PR & Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a PR & Marketing Coordinator to support Andrea Wazen’s brand communication and marketing activities in Dubai. The role reports directly to the Founder & Creative Director and will help shape the brand’s story across media and consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Support PR and marketing initiatives across the brand.
• Pitch collections, products and brand stories to fashion editors and publications.
• Manage relationships with editors, stylists and media contacts.
• Coordinate press sample loans, send‑outs, returns and tracking.
• Oversee gifting and product seeding programmes.
• Prepare and share press materials, imagery and product information.
• Work with external PR agencies and partners.
• Assist with launches, events, collaborations and brand activations.
• Monitor press coverage and maintain PR reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in luxury fashion PR, communications or marketing.
• Understanding of the luxury fashion press process and brand positioning.
• Experience handling press samples and product loans.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and hands‑on attitude.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
