Pre-Sales and Delivery Architect - OutSystems Certified

About the role

OutSystems is hiring a Pre-Sales and Delivery Architect in Dubai for its EMEA Professional Services organization. The role sits at the intersection of sales enablement and project execution, split evenly between acting as an OutSystems Professional Services Architect and providing pre-sales support. It drives architecture blueprinting and technical scoping to win enterprise business, then leads the technical execution of complex Agentic AI and low-code solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Solution Delivery Managers to turn customer discovery into multi-phased Statements of Work and technical roadmaps.
• Design and run PoCs, architectural spikes and technical demonstrations, especially around Agentic AI integrations.
• Run technical audits of client environments to assess integration paths, data readiness and guardrails for non-deterministic AI workflows.
• Act as technical authority during sales cycles, convincing Enterprise Architects, CTOs and other technical decision-makers.
• Serve as Lead Architect on billable engagements, own the blueprint for enterprise OutSystems applications and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
• Perform code and architecture reviews, oversee integration quality and ensure high standards of performance, security and scalability.
• Direct the implementation of LLM orchestration, RAG and Human-in-the-Loop workflows on live projects.
• Pack learnings, custom connectors and architectural patterns into reusable delivery playbooks.

Required profile

• 6+ years of combined experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales or Technical Delivery in an IT professional services setting.
• Proven track record of winning complex software deals and delivering high-value enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Valued: OutSystems Specialist Agentic AI certification; plus TOGAF, AWS/Azure Cloud Architect or Agile/Scrum certifications.

Required skills

• Deep hands-on expertise in the OutSystems low-code platform, including integration patterns, architecture design and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases (RAG) and token cost and data privacy guardrails.
• Agile/Scrum delivery, MVP definition and work-breakdown structures for SOWs.
• Required: OutSystems Architecture or Expert Developer certification.
