Pre-Sales Solution Engineer

About the role

The Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will act as the technical bridge between enterprise customers and internal product and engineering teams, helping to design, evaluate, and deploy mission‑critical software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales throughout the pre‑sales cycle to understand customer requirements and technical environments.
• Design and present tailored solution architectures that address complex business and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, evaluations and pilot projects.
• Advise customers on deployment strategies, integration approaches and best practices, and support implementation planning and technical onboarding.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting or related customer‑facing technical roles.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations and integrations in international environments.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid or on‑premises environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security and modern application architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
