Pre‑Sales Consultant – AI Workflow Orchestration Platform

About the role

spiderSilk is looking for a Pre‑Sales Consultant to bridge commercial goals and technical reality for Silkrunner, its agentic AI workflow orchestration platform. You will translate complex customer pain points into technical scopes and ensure high‑value deals move smoothly from promise to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions with IT, Operations and business stakeholders to map processes and uncover hidden requirements.
• Qualify and disqualify opportunities based on technical feasibility, integration needs and regulatory constraints in the UAE/Middle East.
• Prepare and deliver outcome‑focused demos and Proof‑of‑Concept sessions that showcase speed‑to‑value.
• Define technical requirements, recommend deployment models and advise on data readiness for rapid implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of pre‑sales, solutions engineering, data science or technical consulting experience in a SaaS/software environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical or business‑related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with willingness to travel onsite up to 50% of the time.

• SaaS platforms and iPaaS / workflow automation experience.
