Presales Consultant – Arabic Speaker – SaaS PropTech (Dubai)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing PropTech innovator seeking a Presales Consultant to support its commercial function across the GCC. This hybrid role in Dubai combines technical product expertise with sales partnership, targeting senior stakeholders and Arabic‑speaking prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative product demonstrations and tailored presentations to prospects and clients.
• Partner with the sales team to define value propositions and support deal strategy.
• Advise customers on best‑practice utilisation of the platform and maintain demo environments.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and create sales tools, demo scripts, and enablement materials.
• Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
• Represent the business at marketing events and industry engagements.
• Continuously build product expertise and retain relevant certifications.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in software sales, solutions consulting or presales.
• Background in SaaS, Cloud ERP or PropTech environments, preferably with real‑estate exposure.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
