Presales Consultant – Cyber Security

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to strengthen its cyber‑security portfolio in the Gulf region. You will act as the bridge between customers, partners and internal teams, translating business needs into secure technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Convert customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate cyber‑security solutions.
• Meet with end‑users to gather detailed requirements and advise on best practices.
• Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.
• Deliver demos and proof‑of‑concept presentations to showcase solution value.
• Organise and conduct technical training sessions for partners and customers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of presales experience, preferably within the Gulf market.
• Demonstrated experience in cyber‑security solutions.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong communication and proactive work style.
