Pre‑sales Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Taurus is seeking a Pre‑sales Engineer to work from its Dubai office. As a hands‑on technical architect within the global Solutions Engineering team, you will bridge the gap between Taurus engineering groups and customers' IT, system administration, database, engineering and DevOps teams. You will collaborate with customers and partners to design creative solutions, deliver implementations and ensure high‑quality, resilient services while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of technology services, including hands‑on deployments, configurations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Lead planning, installation and integration of Taurus solutions in physical, virtual or hybrid IT environments.
• Provide advanced professional services such as product customization, integration, troubleshooting and upgrades in customer environments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers, driving adoption, retention and satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, advocating customer needs across Taurus and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on technical experience integrating complex products, preferably in financial services.
• Proven background as a Solutions Architect, Pre‑Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager with a record of increasing customer satisfaction.
• Strong experience with corporate IT environments, virtualization, VDI, backup and application management.
• Extensive experience in DevOps processes, release management and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
