President of a Data Technology Company

About the role

The President will lead Anton’s data technology unit in the United Arab Emirates, shaping its strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the unit’s development strategy in line with the group’s overall objectives, making decisions on major projects and daily operations.
• Oversee operational management, break down annual targets, conduct regular plan analysis, and ensure financial control and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement a technology roadmap, monitor industry trends, and drive research and development of new data‑processing technologies.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, design recruitment and training programs, and optimise the organisational structure.
• Establish and continuously improve system and process frameworks, including QHSE, operational management, and business development systems.
• Represent the company with government agencies, media, and regional partners, and drive brand development and industry influence.
• Assume full responsibility for safety production, creating safety rules, procedures, and a robust safety responsibility system.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in data technology, operational management or related fields.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution at senior leadership level.
• Strong ability to manage large‑scale projects, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in talent management, system development and regulatory compliance.
