Primary Classroom Teacher (AY 26-27)

About the role

The International School of Creative Science is seeking an experienced Primary Classroom Teacher for the academic year 2026‑27. You will join a multicultural, faith‑based team dedicated to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and academic excellence in young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with UK National Curriculum objectives.
• Facilitate learning by building strong relationships with pupils and organising classroom resources.
• Assess, record progress and prepare students for examinations.
• Link new knowledge to prior learning and challenge pupils to deepen understanding.
• Promote social and emotional development appropriate to age, ability and cultural background.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or teaching practice following the UK curriculum.
• UK teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Passion for creativity, continuous professional development and a balanced work‑life approach.
