About the role

Aldar Academies are seeking an enthusiastic Primary EYFS Teacher to join Al Ain British Academy from August 2026. The role involves delivering the English National Curriculum to early‑years learners and contributing to a vibrant school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a positive climate for learning and set clear objectives for each lesson.
• Identify and support SEN (POD), EAL and G&T students through differentiated instruction.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Integrate ICT tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain classroom discipline and uphold safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• Secure knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Proven track record of raising standards and closing learning gaps.
• Leadership experience at various levels and ability to work collaboratively.
• Genuine appreciation of regional values and culture.
