About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary KS1 Teacher to join Al Ain British Academy starting August 2026. The role involves delivering the English National Curriculum to young learners and contributing to a supportive, high‑performing school community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a positive learning climate that encourages outstanding practice.
• Set clear learning objectives and targets, building on prior attainment.
• Identify and support SEN, EAL and gifted & talented students through differentiated instruction.
• Utilise assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Integrate ICT tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain classroom discipline and uphold safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Secure knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Proven ability to raise standards and close learning gaps.
• Leadership experience at various levels and strong teamwork skills.
• Genuine appreciation of regional values and culture.
