Primary Teacher (Dubai)

About the role

The Primary Teacher will plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary school students in Dubai. This role supports academic, social, emotional and personal development within a safe, inclusive and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the Primary academic programme, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and student‑centred teaching practices.
• Analyse academic results and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the Primary teaching team, identifying professional development needs.
• Lead pedagogical meetings, foster collaborative teamwork and participate in recruitment and induction of new staff.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implementing support strategies for learners with specific needs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment, coordinating behaviour management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, participating in meetings, conferences and school events.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities.
