Primary Teacher

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for experienced Primary Teachers to join its British‑curriculum school in Abu Dhabi from August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality English National Curriculum lessons to students from FS1 to Year 6, fostering an inclusive classroom, and supporting each child’s academic and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, responsibility and resilience.
• Utilise AI‑driven learning tools and specialist ICT resources to enhance student outcomes.
• Provide pastoral care and monitor the holistic development of each pupil.
• Collaborate with colleagues across subjects and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
• Participate in continuous professional development and internal promotion pathways.

Required profile

• Qualified primary teacher with experience in an international British curriculum setting.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to the school’s core values.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods and AI‑enhanced learning.
