About the role

GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar is opening its doors in January 2027 and is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join the founding team. You will help shape the school’s culture, curriculum and learning environment from day one, delivering a high‑quality British education to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strong foundations for the new school’s primary programme.
• Develop innovative and engaging learning experiences for students.
• Contribute ideas to shape the school’s culture and curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelors of Education (B.Ed) or relevant degree with a recognised PGCE and QTS.
• Genuine passion for supporting younger learners.
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment and differentiation strategies.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
