About the role

Join Microsoft’s Frontier Company Engineering team in Dubai as a Principal Account‑Aligned Forward Deployed Engineer. You will work side‑by‑side with strategic customers, translating complex business challenges into production‑grade software solutions and delivering measurable outcomes quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer outcomes by shaping opportunities and turning business needs into clear technical approaches.
• Design, build, and ship production‑grade solutions directly in customer environments with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Accelerate time‑to‑value by operating effectively in ambiguous, fast‑moving contexts and delivering iterative high‑impact solutions.
• Engage senior stakeholders to build trust, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
• Apply industry and customer context to tailor solutions beyond generic approaches.
• Prepare and transition work to FDE crews with clear scope and technical direction, ensuring continuity.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate complex account dynamics, set boundaries, and drive urgency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 6 years of technical engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
