Principal Business Process Improvement Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a senior analyst to lead strategic transformation and business improvement initiatives for its UAE Commercial Operations. The role partners with multiple functions to drive operational excellence and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation programs and business initiatives supporting UAE commercial objectives.
• Translate business priorities into actionable project plans with defined governance, milestones and success measures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, HR, Compliance, IT and regional teams.
• Establish project governance frameworks and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Develop scalable operating models and readiness plans for new initiatives and customer onboarding.
• Assess and mitigate operational and commercial risks impacting revenue, compliance or continuity.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting and facilitate governance forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in project or program management, business operations or transformation.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated or medical‑device environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish project governance, milestone management and executive reporting.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations, sales operations or market expansion.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Strong project governance and performance‑tracking capabilities.
