About the role
Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. As a Principal Consultant you will work remotely, on a flexible schedule, helping the model learn to produce high‑quality decks for executive audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks.
- Develop storylines, write executive summaries, and structure slides for logical flow.
- Design data‑driven exhibits and ensure client‑ready deck production.
- Provide feedback to improve the model’s ability to handle horizontal and vertical logic.
Required profile
- 3+ years as a principal consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
- Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
- Expert‑level proficiency with PowerPoint and meticulous written communication.

What we offer
- Compensation of $100 per hour.
- Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more).
