About the role

We are seeking an experienced Principal IT Recruiter to lead our high‑performing technology desk in Dubai. This 360 recruitment role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates across the UAE and GCC. You will inherit an active desk with existing clients, live vacancies and a strong market reputation, enabling you to make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships across the UAE and GCC.
• Source, attract and engage high‑quality technology professionals.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close placements.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences.
• Develop new business opportunities while maximising existing accounts.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience within a recruitment agency environment.
• Proven 360 recruitment track record with strong billing and revenue performance.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles.
• Excellent business development, account management and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple assignments and deliver results.
