Principal Partner Manager - Channels Middle East GSI

About the role

Datadog is seeking a seasoned Principal Partner Manager to expand its channel ecosystem across the Middle East. You will lead the recruitment, activation, and growth of strategic Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners, driving new customer adoption and revenue for the company’s cloud‑monitoring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new strategic GSI partners to generate pipeline and revenue.
• Enable and activate existing GSI partners through joint training, planning and selling activities.
• Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners, reporting on success metrics and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Datadog’s regional enterprise and commercial sales teams.
• Generate partner‑sourced net‑new sales pipeline and revenue.

Required profile

• 10+ years of partner‑facing, quota‑carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances or channel sales within a SaaS or cloud services organization.
• Proven track record of driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
• Experience working with leading global and regional system integrators.
• Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate them clearly.
• Willingness to travel 40‑50% of the time.
